In the continuity of our priority to help you have a good work-life balance at AB Tasty, we offer one Friday off every two weeks.
4-day week every 2 weeks during the whole summer.

Training at AB Tasty is one of our top priorities. Each year, we allocate a significant budget towards the learning and development of our employees.

One Year Retreat Day: on your first work anniversary, we offer you a day off to be in nature, think about the past year, and write a journal about how you want to grow with AB Tasty in the years to come.

Onboarding week in Paris or New York City: You will connect with all newcomers (from 11 offices) during a full week dedicated to your training.

We have 11 offices in 7 countries, and we ease the link between them by giving you the opportunity to work in other offices when you travel around. We strongly believe that flexibility is essential to remain engaged, efficient, and productive.
Animation: We organize lots of games to help people get to know each other by gathering around common interests (e.g: pictures contest, sport events such as Paris to Versailles, Triathlon, etc…)
